Our service users deserve to live in a safe and comfortable home, with secure tenure, and we are delighted to offer a range of accommodation to suit their needs, ranging from single occupancy self-contained to shared accommodation.
We work with experienced landlords to provide suitable and well-adapted accommodation for our service users, with the options of single or mixed gender accommodations to meet their preferences.
We have the flexibility within our entire stock of accommodation to offer a specified mixed of step-up or step-down options to our service user, to accord with the level of functioning, dependency and needs
All our homes, without exceptions are clean, well-furnished, modern, and comfortable with high-specification interior fittings and Fixtures, some with ensuite facilities. Disabled wheelchair access is available but there are no lifts. There is easy access to communal outdoor garden spaces and facilities which are well-maintained for the enjoyment of our service users.
To promote access and integration with the community, our homes are all in well-established residential neighbourhoods located within easy reach of local amenities, and public transport and within walking distance to shops, banks, cinemas, public parks, and other community services and recreational facilities.
