Intensive Support
We recognise that there are service users who require intensive support, either in their own homes or in our residential homes. The support required may vary from basic shared support to dedicated support of 1:1 provision or higher, which we can be provided safely to meet the service user’s assessed needs, 24 hours, 7 days a week, and this may include sleep-in, and wake nights.
Our intensive support is a risk-based, person-centred provision, reviewed daily and scalable with the flexibility to be adapted in an instant, to suit the needs of the service user. Our staff are adequately trained and promptly responsive to the demands of this support package.
